Summary: We enjoyed living like a locals in this spacious, wonderfully appointed and super-well-equiped two-bedroom two-bath updated artistic bungalo. You can take short strolls to the Hyde Park high street, Duvall, with its great restaurants, coffee shop, cheese shop!, grocery, and lovely tree lined streets. The home has legit spa like baths, comfortable beds, couches, and other furniture. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the AM below the toweing Pecan and oak trees. And Deb, the property contact, is super responsive and ready to give you tips on enjoying Austin. This whole experience was an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

Summary: This was such a lovely experience…like staying at a dear friend’s home who is very stylish and attentive to all the details that create a comfortable stay. We had such a sweet week staying at the property - exceeded all expectations.

Summary: The house was immaculate when we checked in. Host was wonderful, and communicated with us the entire stay to make sure we were enjoying our trip and to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect, close to so many things. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again when we go back to Austin.

Summary: A nice quiet neighborhood, reminiscent of the time I lived in Austin in the 90's. Fully stocked and you didn't need to worry about one thing. A true home away from home. The host was highly responsive and helpful. The house had modern upgrades and hip décor, the backyard was private and deck was relaxing and enjoyable for evening cocktails and morning coffee. The ONLY thing is that the master bath could use leveler privacy shades and small bathroom locks need to be adjusted to function. (such small details for an A+ property and experience). Would stay again next time in town.

Summary: We loved this house! The location was perfect with several restaurants within walking distance. The back yard was great to hang out and let our son’s dog roam around. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The decor was fun and the various types of accent lighting was a nice treat. There was plenty of room for four people and a dog. Deb was a perfect host. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our stay in Austin was wonderful from booking to checkout. Deb, the owner, was friendly and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed before, during, and after our stay. Her home was so comfortable for our family of three - plus our pup! We especially appreciated the unique art, lighting, and decor throughout. We felt right at home and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and was open to the dining and living rooms, and the house overall was much bigger than we were expecting. We had more than enough space to comfortably work from home while our baby played and napped throughout the day. At night, we enjoyed the beautiful yard and back patio. The cute surrounding neighborhood made for great stroller and dog walks, and we loved the nearby juice bar and restaurant for quick, easy, and healthy meals. Our only wish was that we had the opportunity to stay longer! Thanks for everything, Deb!

Summary: This was the best! Deb was welcoming and helpful. She checked in with us by text during the stay to make sure all was ok. The house had everything we needed- I mean everything!! The best vaca rental ever and we travel a lot! The yard was fenced and so cute with the strings of lights. The interior of the house is modern and wonderfully decorated. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and convenient to a number of stores and restaurants. She loves dogs and went out of her way to welcome ours- with treats, dog towels, dog bags. I can't recommend this rental enough!!!

Summary: This beautiful eclectic home had every possible amenity to make our stay a pleasant one. The shady fenced front and side yards made travel with our dog so easy. It’s convenient location near Hyde Park drew us to this property and it exceeded our expectations. Great communication before and during our stay ensured we had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Summary: We loved the layout, hospitality, decor, cleanliness, and comfort feel of the house. We brought our dog Frankie who also felt at home there. It was so cozy that we spent most of our days and nights at the house and were recharged upon our return back to Houston. We recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in central Austin and also seeking a relaxed clean place and neighborhood. You will also appreciate Deborah’s attention to detail and responsiveness.
